Change AutoPay Settings
Adjusting your AutoPay settings is simple and straightforward. As long as you have your username and password, you can always access your My CenturyLink account to make all necessary adjustments.
Log in to your account to make the following payment changes:
- Updating your payment method (for instance, switching from a checking to a savings account)
- Updating your payment information (such as updating your credit card expiration date whenever you’re issued a new card)
- Changing the date you want your payment to go through
You can also use My CenturyLink to stop your automatic payments. To unenroll from AutoPay, click “My Bill” on the header, scroll to “Billing Preferences,” and click on “Enroll” next to the AutoPay option. You can then click on “Remove AutoPay from this account.”
