Find New CenturyLink Services
Once you’ve moved to your new home, you need fast internet as soon as possible. Find out if CenturyLink is available in your area, then get in touch with a customer service representative to order and schedule a date to set up your new services. All you need to know is which services you’d like, what installation date and time works best for you, and what your new address is.
Transfer Existing CenturyLink Services
If CenturyLink is available in your new area, you can easily transfer and activate CenturyLink services at your new home even before you move in. Simply call a customer service representative and tell them which services you want to transfer to start the process.
To transfer service, you simply need to know both your current and future addresses, the day you want to end service at your old home and start it at your new home, and which services you want to transfer. You can also ask about service upgrades and current promotions.
Cancel CenturyLink Services
If you’re moving to an area where CenturyLink isn’t available, you can cancel by calling 800-244-1111 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you’re a DIRECTV customer, you’ll need to contact DIRECTV directly to cancel your TV subscription.
Is CenturyLink still available in your new area? Instead of cancelling, consider bundling services to save money, transferring some services to your new house, or suspending your services while you adjust to the new area and your service provider options.
