Enable Paperless Billing
Tired of misplacing hard copies of bills that arrive in the mail? Simplify your life and make payments on time by enabling paperless billing.
A paperless bill looks exactly the same as your regular bill, but instead of receiving your bill in the mail, you’ll get an email from CenturyLink with a link to your online statement. You can then print the bill for your records if you like and easily pay online, over the phone, or in person.
Paperless billing doesn’t cost extra or change your bill’s due date. Everything stays the same except the way you receive your bill.
To sign up for paperless billing, follow these steps:
- Log in to your My CenturyLink account.
- Click the “My Bill” tab.
- Select the “Billing Preferences” option and press “Paperless Billing.”
Your paperless billing should begin within the next two billing cycles. Until then, you’ll receive your bill in the mail as usual.
