Retrieve Your Lost Username and Password

Forgot your CenturyLink username and/or password? Don’t sweat it—requesting or resetting them for full account access is both simple and secure! Follow these steps to get your lost access back:

  • If you can’t remember your username, just enter your email address to request it from CenturyLink.
  • If you can’t remember your password, enter your username for a link from CenturyLink to reset it.
  • If you can’t access your CenturyLink email, call a CenturyLink representative to regain access.

If you still haven’t set up your account or created a username and password, doing so is easy and only takes a few minutes! Simply visit the CenturyLink registration portal. All you need are your account number and billing zip code. You should be able to find your account number on the top of every bill, with your welcome letter, or on your service order confirmation.
